3-Way Outbound Caller ID: This allows you to control which Caller ID to display when agents perform 3-way calls.
Enable Transfer Presets: This allows you to configure up to 5 pre-defined transfer numbers for the agent interface. Using pre-sets allows agents to simply select a pre-defined number versus manually entering transfer numbers.
Pre-set 1-5 Number: Use these fields to enter up to 5 pre-configured transfer numbers for your agents.
Prepopulate Transfer Preset: This setting allows you to prepopulate the Number to Transfer field in the agent interface using one of the pre-set numbers.
Quick Transfer Action: This allows you to turn on the "Quick Transfer" button in the agent interface, which uses the option you select and allows agents one-click transfer functionality to pre-defined numbers.
End Call Action: This allows you to send calls to one of the pre-set numbers once an agent clicks "End Call"
