The options on the left side of the screen are the list of inbound phone or email queues available for taking calls. To assign yourself to a queue, simply click on the desired queues on the left side of the screen. This will move the selected queue(s) to the right side to indicate which queues you will receive calls or emails on.
If your manager disabled your ability to independently select a queue, the following screen will appear instead. This simply means that you have been pre-assigned queues by a manager.
Click continue to proceed.
